Summary:
ZEDion integrated precision fluid‑control and auto sampling modules into a custom enclosure for the Model 575 Intrinsic Viscometer. We engineered low‑ and high‑temperature heated sample chambers and developed a power management PCBA for several dedicated heaters and subsystem controllers with peak capacity of 720W at 48 VDC. Our team produced complete design files to support pilot‑production prototyping and coordinated fabrication of all hardware. The finished instrument processes up to 24 polymer samples with about one minute of operator input per sample before the automated workflow takes over.
